I finally gave up last night time to understand the instructions. I’m not sure if it’s me or if they just make no sense. They don’t seem to be in line with what we know to be the law. Granted, I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t know how that would help.they don’t teach this in law school.
No one understands it I’ve discovered. And for that very reason. This is being made up. It’s like the creation of a new game. Or the playing of a traditional card game and suddenly one invents novel rules.
Yes....rigged? I’m not well practiced in Bayes theorem in Statistics but common sense tells me the statistics have been horribly slanted in favor conviction for a non crime.. It’s a show trial. The judge should be disbarred.
