The Era of Deceit

After Donald J. Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election, she demanded that the electoral college be eliminated. “It’s time to do away with the Electoral College and move to the popular election of our president,” Clinton told reporters.

Clinton had won the popular vote—receiving 65,844,610 votes to Trump’s 62,984,828—but had failed to secure the necessary 270 electoral college votes to win the presidency. The last time a Republican President won the popular vote—and the electoral college—was in 2004, when President Bush won reelection. In every subsequent Presidential election, Democrats have consistently won the popular vote—an easy feat given their control of populous states like California and New York with their dense cities like Los Angeles and New York City. Consequently, the unrestrained Democratic Party, which prioritizes and values power over tradition and the rule of law itself, supports replacing the electoral college with a popular vote.

Of course, the Framers of the Constitution intentionally established the United States as a constitutional republic—defined by our electoral college system—instead of a democracy for the express purpose of preventing tyrants like Hillary Clinton and modern day Democrats from establishing a tyranny of the majority. The electoral college system ensures that the voices and interests of all Americans are heard, not just those in Los Angeles and Manhattan.

The enlightened Framers—who did and would still today run intellectual circles around would be intellectual giants in the Democratic Party—understood from experience and history that democracies—direct democracies like Clinton and Democrats prefer—naturally give way to tyranny.

So it should come as no surprise that these very champions of ‘democracy’ and a popular vote have now disenfranchised their own primary voters, who cast their votes for Joe Biden as their presidential nominee—ousting him in a spectacular coup. They are tyrants through and through and this is made the more evident by their latest move to ignore and dismiss the popular will of their own primary voters—who voted for Joe.

The Democrats have a curious definition of democracy. When they win, democracy has prevailed and when they lose democracy is under assault. Democracy isn’t defined by anything more than Democrat victory. In fact, it appears that even democracy is a threat to democracy for Democrats. Our Constitution is a threat to democracy. Tens of millions of American voters are a threat to democracy. Anything that stands in the way of Democrats furthering their decidedly anti-democratic agenda is a threat to democracy.

Even if the United States did employ the dangerous and inferior popular vote they insist is superior, Democrats don’t believe in it. Trump-Russia collusion was a Clinton-DNC-Obama administration coup to oust the duly elected President Trump after his election in 2016. In 2020 the Democratic Party, media, and fifty one former members of the intelligence community falsely dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation. Back in 2016, the DNC even disenfranchised its own primary voters by rigging the primary to select Hillary Clinton as the Presidential nominee rather than popular favorite Bernie Sanders.

Are rigged primaries and elections and election interference the defining traits of protecting and defending democracy? Of course not. The Democratic Party doesn’t believe in democracy—in their own party or in the country.

On Friday, the Biden campaign insisted in a new memo that Biden wouldn’t drop out. “Joe Biden has made it more than clear: he’s in this race and he’s in it to win it. Moreover, he’s the presumptive nominee, there is no plan for an alternative nominee,” the memo said.

Fast forward two days—to Sunday—and Biden announced on his personal social media account on ‘X’ that he “decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term.” Furthermore, he endorsed his Vice President Kamala Harris to replace him as the nominee.

Biden’s own staffers were blindsided—learning the news from the social media post. So too, I imagine was Biden’s campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond, who on Sunday morning appeared on Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan and declared, "I want to be crystal clear. He's made a decision and that decision is to accept the nomination and run for reelection, win reelection.”

If Biden’s own staffers and even his own campaign co-chair were unaware of Biden’s decision to drop out of the race, —in campaign co-chair Richmond’s case just hours before the announcement was made—it begs the question: did Biden know of his decision to drop out?

Up until this moment, the Democratic Party had done everything in their power to ensure that Biden was their nominee—changing their primary schedule for example to make South Carolina, a state they were certain would support Biden, the first presidential primary—ahead of Iowa and New Hampshire.

Americans haven’t seen a successful coup against a sitting President of the United States since the Watergate Scandal—in the years since believed by many historians and journalists to have been a setup of Nixon to mount a successful pressure campaign to force Nixon’s resignation.

The jury is out as to whether or not the truth will ever come out regarding exactly what happened between Friday when Biden was determined to accept the nomination and Sunday when he allegedly decided to drop out and pass the torch to Kamala Harris. But one thing is certain—and frightening—the same secret cabal of nameless kingmakers, who forced Joe Biden on the American people and covered up for his mental impairment, have now forcibly removed the crown from his head.

Whether through the use of unprecedented and universal mail in ballots justified by the Democrat induced hysteria surrounding COVID or the collusion to falsely dismiss the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation—or a combination of both—the Democrats successfully installed a mentally impaired President in the Oval Office.

Four nearly four years Americans have been subjected to rampant abuse by an administration that has been wholly unaccountable due to the very mental impairment the Democrats only recently have acknowledged is real. The same nameless bureaucrats that gave us Joe Biden are now responsible for his removal.

We are living in an era of deceit. We are witnessing the end of democracy. The President of the United States has announced his decision to drop out of the Presidential race just months before the election via social media. Does such a monumental announcement not warrant a more appropriate forum—a press conference, for example? We still don’t know when we will hear from the President, himself. We know that Joe Biden doesn’t run his own social media accounts.

It’s the most blatant display to date—and there have been many—that Joe Biden is merely a figurehead; that his entire Presidency has been a sham. Precisely who is it that is running the United States of America? Exactly who is and has been operating Joe Biden like a marionette?

I suppose this is the perfect ending for the Biden presidency. His election or installment was conducted under the cover of darkness and mystery—an entirely dubious affair—and so too is his departure as sudden and inexplicable as his arrival.

They removed his crown just as swiftly and deliberately as they placed it upon his head. But who they are is still a mystery. Joe leaves us as he came—a doddering old fool, whose rise and fall was orchestrated by a cabal of nameless elites who hate democracy.

How many secrets will Joe Biden take to his grave? Is this the end of his Presidency or the end of America’s pursuit of truth and justice?
