Modern Tories
Sadly, a great many Americans appear to remain in denial or even strangely apathetic about the gravity of our present situation
The greatest threat America and Americans face today is the Biden Administration and the Democratic Party. Period. The damage that has already been done to our country in less than four years since Biden was hurriedly installed as President is immeasurable—much of the damage yet to be fully felt or realized.
I chronicle many of these historic failures in my new book America’s Last Stand: Will You Vote to Save or Destroy America in 2024? Honestly, even I was shocked by the sheer volume of failures, catastrophes, and scandals I dutifully recorded—many of which have simply been forgotten due to the limitations of human memory.
Who remembers the Chinese Spy Balloon? Or Biden murdering innocent Afghan civilians in retaliation for the murder of 13 U.S. service members during his botched withdrawal from Afghanistan? Biden lied and told us he’d killed one, then two high level ISIS-K planners before we learned the truth—he’d mistakenly killed innocent Afghan children in a drone strike. In true Biden fashion, his administration simply pretended it never happened and moved on to its next unprecedented and intentional failure.
Joe Biden is indisputably the worst President in American history, even while we must also admit that he enjoys the distinction of being perhaps the only President in U.S. history that is truly just a figurehead. This, by the way, remains Biden’s great, dark superpower if he has one; the reason he has been the most effective domestic American enemy in our history. Biden has remained completely unaccountable for all the destruction he has caused because he isn’t responsible, per se.
Even still, he should be held accountable; not just for his treasonous refusal to enforce existing immigration laws and the intentional sabotage of American sovereignty and national security at the border, but certainly also for bribery and election interference. Unfortunately we have a Republican Party only willing to feign outrage.
Republican intentions aside, the upshot is an opposition party that fears power, responsibility, and duty so much so that Republicans strive to lose rather than win and are paralyzed by the prospect of taking any action that might result in actual action. Republican politicians are only passionate and articulate defenders of liberty and their constituents when they know they have no political power to actually defend liberty and their constituents. It’s as if they are perpetually campaigning for election, even after they’ve been elected.
Nevertheless, it is still the Biden Administration and Democrats that remain the greatest threat to America. The reality is that in less than four years America has been plunged into what can only be described as an American Dark Age.
As I write in America’s Last Stand, “While the Biden administration has already put America on the pathway to self-destruction, the re-election of Joe Biden or any other Democrat who might replace him threatens to plunge America into a new Dark Age, characterized by even more catastrophic economic, intellectual, and cultural decline.”
Sadly, a great many Americans appear to remain in denial or even strangely apathetic about the gravity of our present situation. The 2024 Presidential election will certainly determine whether the great American experiment lives or dies.
Presently the Democrats continue to wage their very real war against our republic, sacred institutions, and the American people themselves by using a corrupt justice department and Democrat officials to put Trump in jail for invented crimes or otherwise remove him from the ballot—literally abolishing free or fair elections in America.
This remains unprecedented in U.S. history—the greatest threat we have faced as a nation since the Civil War. That isn’t hyperbole. Recognizing and admitting this is a pre-requisite to saving America.
In the great journal of things happening under the sun, or rather in the dark shadow of the Biden Administration, this un-American and criminal behavior on the part of the Democratic Party to jail Trump elevates the 2024 Presidential election to a level of crisis only twice experienced in our history—in 1776 and 1861.
Some would recommend we resolve this crisis by waving the white flag of surrender. Part time Florida Governor Ron DeSantis supports such a “strategy;” he unsurprisingly believes himself to be the beneficiary should we simply abandon Trump in this time of crisis. “Trump can’t win a general because of these attacks so better to nominate me instead,” DeSantis more or less has said.
These are the words of a self-serving coward no better suited for leadership than Benedict Arnold. Benedict Arnold, of course, served General Washington and America well as a General in the Continental Army…until he didn’t, when he decided to defect to the British out of selfish opportunism.
Like Trump or not, he is an innocent man and still the leader of the Republican Party, the leading candidate—by far—for the GOP nomination. His nomination is not a remote possibility but an inevitability.
Every invention of one’s mind to oppose or hate Trump is not only rendered secondary and even obsolete by the superiority of his candidacy over that of Biden or any marxist Democrat in the 2024 Presidential election, but also by the fact that his re-election is the only peaceful means of rebuking an unprecedented show and threat of tyranny in our history.
Those incapable of defending Trump against these attacks or recognizing the stakes of the 2024 Presidential election are as disgraceful as the Tories during the American revolution—those colonists who sided with the British over the Americans. They too rationalized their support of the Crown.
